Regatta Point is a lovely small park with a beach on Lake Quinsigamond, in Worcester Massachusetts. It is immediately across from the UMass Memorial medical center.
There are a number of picnic tables here, making it a lovely spot to stop to have a snack or meal. Note that parking requires buying the Massachusetts park pass – it is not free.
In the warmer months, the Regatta Point Community Sailing & Rowing facility offers lessons and boat access for community members.
This is a “sister park” to the main Lake Quinsigamond park which is further down on Lake Avenue. The main park is MUCH bigger and includes a football field, a walking track, and a number of eating locations.
